This is a nice neighborhood park. It's got everything you want in a park. It could use a little more love here and there, but I'm so glad someone cleaned up the path leading from the basketball courts down to Arlington.

It's a nice small local park to visit in Kensington. It's NO Arlington park,Cerritto vista or Blake garden. But this park is a nice substitute/addition/change of pace to the above 3. And the secrete sauce about this park is that it's open quite later then most @ 5am to 10pm. A breath of fresh air compared to most limited hour parks in the area, training dogs who may not be quite ready, that post dinner walk, or anyone who has to work for a living! :) Very Safe park, no Vagrantcy, great for for elderly, school kids to wait for parents to pick them up, and mother with their small- elementary school chidren. Thank goodness for the many places to sit! Kids will love playing on the slopes and shrub areas as well. Big upper And modest lower field to play with dogs or kids. Dog friendly/semi leash but follow the rules to keep it that way. Has several rec centers around it so things to do there. Has a tennis court and a single basket ball court. Nice b-ball court for a nice game somewhere nice. (This is actually the tennis court, the park is actually a bit bigger, so don't worry.)
