Nice courts with great surfaces, permanent nets and fences. It can get a little breezy and there are no windscreens and the fences. There's plenty of shaded seating and drink service is available.

This resort is close to many wineries in the Napa area. It is a very peaceful resort with many amenities to enjoy. Each guest has a private cabin with a small backyard. Our patio had a gas fireplace and heating lap with nice furniture and outdoor shower as well. There was also a fireplace inside and the bathroom floors were heated. We enjoyed playing bocce ball and pickle ball. They also have two pools and hot tubs as well as a ping pong table. There is a nice restaurant, casual restaurant and small market with a deli to satisfy all tastes. Overall it is a very nice place and the only problem we encountered was with the charging stations.

Wow - where to begin?! We decided on the Carneros as the perfect spot to stay in Napa during our honeymoon and had the most perfect stay. We were upgraded upon arrival and a chilled bottle of the local sparkling wine was quickly dispatched to our room by way of congratulations. The cabin itself is huge, modern and very well designed. All the amenities and facilities you’d expect, whilst the outdoor bathtub, shower and fire pit was the star of the show. Being able to park close to our room was a bonus, and whilst renovations were taking place on the hot tub by the hilltop pool, this didn’t diminish the experience - it remained a wonderful place to chill and the view is still available depending on where you sit. We took advantage of a free pickleball lesson which was heaps of fun, and breakfasts at both the Hilltop cafe and Boon Fly were delicious (you won’t leave hungry). A fantastic stay and we’ll return one day!

Glammed up trailer park. Run down rooms. Pretty pool if you can get service. Overpriced. It is a shame room payments become unrefundable prior to check in. I would have checked out after inspection but I had paid $1000 a night for 4 nights. Money gone so I endured the stay.

I recently stayed here for 4 nights arriving Sun 8th departing Wed 12th. I agree with the glammed up trailer park comment. It is great for a price point, but at $1000 a night (approx $750 with taxes) it is disappointing. Sunday night was down to one restaurant due wedding, no bar service around the pool as it closed due private function. ‘Farm’ the only restaurant on Sunday night was mostly Italian food. The rooms are tired, stains on the sofa and rug. Mold on the bathroom wall. Cracks in the cement fire place. Cheap curtains. I had to call two days in a row to get coffee and milk as it wasn’t refreshed by housekeeping the day before. Gardens are lovely … but that’s it. I guess everything is expensive these days especially hotels - half the staff, twice the price still blaming covid. It’s peak season so I assume the price for the quality is the norm these days.

Deseree at the front desk should be in the back. Horrible service, left us stranded for over an hour downtown and lies multiple times in the phone. We won’t be rebooking this careless resort. We have never been left stranded anywhere until Carneros Resort. What a nightmare. It just gets worse here with the days we’re trying to make the best of it because we have so many plans. However they have damaged my vehicle, which is all on Camera, they’ve literally dropped two drinks onto our floor and then left a mess again all on camera I just can’t even go on and on, but stay anywhere but this resort please go to yelp and read the one star reviews. Please reach out to me privately if you would like to get more information this place is an absolute joke. Even the staff just tells us how horrible the evening staff is. Even the staff is telling us where else we should stay next time. Horrible, horrible horrible zero worst resort in Napa Valley 100% worst Resort.
