Courts are kept in top shape by an owner who is obsessive about maintaining the courts! Clean and well maintained courts in a nice setting

Open play cost $10 starts at 6pm til 8pm First come first served. No way of knowing it's full until you get there. Mixed players. Lots of friendly faces, patient with beginners Last few weeks have been slow. Enough people you can play back to back games.

I played pickleball there and the courts are well kept and it's only $15 per hour

Took granddaughter for swim lesson. She's 6 and loves the water. Nice place, but drop off and pickup really suck with drivers/parents who don't seem to realize that with a little bit of courtesy everyone would get out faster. Lost one star for parking lot being much too small for the number of cars coming in and out.

The front desk is incredibly rude. My girls took lessons here last Summer, and while it improved their skills somewhat, the turnover rate was pretty alarming. It seems their main concern was to get the kids in and out of the pool as quickly as possible and move on to the next class. I had called this year to inquire about going again, and was told to hold my spot I had to give a card number, and that their would be a $25 cancellation fee. From what the girl told me, it was just a hold, and if I chose to cancel they would use my card to charge me $25 instead. I called the next day because I had found lessons closer to me and was told that not only had they already charged my card (not put a hold like they said) and that the cancellation fee was per child and my refund would be docked $50. When I asked to speak to the manager (Jane) I could her her yelling in the background that they didn't 'do' refunds. (mind you the lessons I signed up for weren't due to begin for another two weeks, it wasn't a last minute cancellation.) I politely told her that her employee had specifically said $25 and hadn't specified it was per child, she was breathtakingly rude, instead of handing the phone back to the young man I was speaking with so he could continue processing my refund, she slammed the phone down and hung up on me. I agreed to the $25 fee and I would have gladly paid it, she could have easily only charged me the $25, but she chose to be nasty about it. I can't blame the young lady I originally talked to, it seemed she just wasn't really aware of the actual policy. They should better inform their employees about their policies and make it clear to their customers. Instead I had to file a claim with my bank. There are cheaper, politer places to take your children. I recommend looking into them.
