Woobin Park: ★★★★★
Hidden gem hard to find. I think there are also pickleball courts next to the tennis courts. Yes there still is the ball bag.

Beautiful space with great views of SF. Tennis courts, pickleball, basketball courts, kids playground with slides and swings and sand. Great spaces for dogs to play too. Not a lot of parking.

I freaking love Corona Heights. It’s got something for everybody! Tennis courts, gorgeous views atop the mound, Randall Museum’s fantastic exhibits and Josephine café’s stellar espresso — just to name a few of the hits!

Summit has great views of the city and bay on a sunny clear day. Multiple ways to get to the summit. Dog park, playground and 2 different tennis courts around the park. Parking is limited but I got lucky and found the one spot open.

An absolutely incredible little spot. My preferred entrance is near the tennis court on 15th street (next to the preschool)--it gives you a woodsy climb with really nice ups and downs. Quite a bit of it is step-less, so wear shoes that won't slip on the dirt. The entrance on Roosevelt near the dog park is a lot less challenging, significantly shortly, and more leisurely, but fine if you're not one for hiking. Once you summit, you're given by far the best views in SF--you won't see the Golden Gate Bridge (blocked by Buena Vista right next door), but you have a far better, 360 view of the city itself. Strongly recommend summiting for sunrise, it's absolutely breathtaking. There aren't many people, so your view will be almost completely unobstructed. Strongly, strongly recommended for a beginner or a leisurely urban hike.

Awesome views of the city. Great place to watch the sunset. I really like the stairs coming up from the tennis courts. If you’re lucky you might get a sighting of the neighborhood coyote.

This park is similar to Kite Hill in that they both are popular places to walk your dog off leash except this one has a fenced in area just for dogs. It’s fairly rustic with not much shade and can get windy. Sweeping views of the city. There are tennis courts, and a lawn area adjacent to the Randall Museum which can be perfect for a picnic lunch under trees (if they aren’t using it for outdoor classes). There is a cafe in the Randall Museum with some outdoor seating.

Great views, lots of birds, and exposed rock formations. Also visit the Randall museum and mini Zoo. Cafe has very healthy food and a big outdoor deck to eat at. Excellent for hiking exercise. There is also a dog run and tennis courts.

My favorite hill in San Francisco. The quarry rocks at the top are beautifully picturesque and grant a fabulous view of the city. It's never too busy. For a surprisingly challenging adventure, enter the park from behind the tennis courts on 15th street and follow the foot path up the cliff face!

Beautiful skyline. You can summit hiking through the trail head close to the tennis court (easy) or you can take the stairs at the end of the 16th. If you are near the Castro metro station this park is a must.

Good view of the city from the summit (which is not very hard to get to), but you can't see Twin Peaks. There is a dog park at the base of the hill, and if you follow the trail in the back down several flights of stairs, you will reach the Randall Children's Museum. If you keep walking down, there is an old playground with swings and a tennis court. If you keep walking, you will make it all the way to Castro Street where you can stop for lunch!

A small and simple play area for kids from toddler (swing), to adults (tennis court). Be cautious of the metallic slides later in the day for they might burn your child. A walk up the ramp leads to the Randall Museum which is a free educational exhibit for children.

I love hiking up to Corona Park from a trail behind the 15th street tennis courts with my dog. It's a great place for an urban hike with your dog.

Cool park with nice views, very windy, and simple walk throughs. Lots of things here, like tennis courts, dog park, etc. If you're biking here, go to the west side.

Park has tennis courts, make sure you go all the way up to see a beautiful view of the city
