Best Tennis and Pickleball courts in Shingle Springs, El Dorado County for 2026

This is my first time at this gym and my first time at the core workout class as a guest and I loved it! The gym looks well maintained and clean with sanitizing spray bottles in every room, which is a plus for me. I have never joined a gym before, but I look forward to trying everything that this gym offers with my husband!

Visited for a racquetball tournament, courts were clean and in good shape. Everything inside seemed clean, updated, and not crowded. Beautiful art of the Sierra Nevadas all around. Took a peek outside and the pool area looked very inviting, surrounded by what appears to be a nice outdoor picnic area. I wish this was my home club!

The best staff I have ever encountered at any gym I have ever been at. I’m not exaggerating. Has multiple issues with my membership- they (jenn and Robin) calmly helped me resolve it all. My autistic toddler son was treated with dignity and respect at the kids club (you don’t understand how much this means to me). As for the gym goers- amazing atmosphere of hard working people not people concerned with their vanity. I feel so comfortable and welcome here. I love my gym.

We had a terrible experience with UFC Gym Placerville and switched to In-Shape about a year ago. We pay less for our membership than we did at UFC Gym and love all of the additional amenities available to us through our membership (multiple areas of gym, spacious locker room, sauna, steam room, pool, etc.). For the most part, the gym is well maintained and clean. Our only grievances are it takes the gym a bit long to repair things such as broken shower heads and at times the gym is very busy and wait times for machines are excessive. The manager, Nancy, is super helpful and has worked with us in the past when we had an emergency and offered us a credit for the time period we were unable to come. We have never had this kind of customer service from a gym before. We definitely recommend In-Shape Shingle Springs!
