Park offers a children's playground and barbecue location, and a tennis court. It's an excellent place to have a picnic and walk your dogs. The tennis courts are in excellent condition, near a water fountain. There is parking on the street and the neighborhood is upscale. Medium to high end restaurants within walking distance! Quiet and courteous residents. Hardly any homeless people here since there's a neighborhood watch.

This place is just peacefully beautiful! Upscale and highly educated neighborhood! Medium to high end restaurants within walking distance! Great place to just walk and chill. Quiet and courteous residents. Hardly any homeless people here since there's a neighborhood watch and they immediately inform the authorities/police and response is instantaneous! and they are escorted right away out of the city skirts! Wonderful place to live and raise a family. Close to all amenities and needs. One of the highly recommended zip codes in Southern California...
