Great pickleball courts and players.

I got to Arroyo Seco for pickleball and it’s a wonderful community. The owners and coaches make an effort to know your name and make you feel welcome especially at the weekend socials. They’ve installed 4 new beautiful permanent courts that’s an extra plus!

The adult clinics weren’t well put together. You more or less payed $350 to warm up for 20 min and then play king of the court for 70 min for 8 weeks. They didn't establish beginners / intermediate level players on different courts, just sort of mixed everyone On the positive side, the facility is quite nice. The courts are in great shape and racquet stringing/regripping is available and they do a good job. The staff is friendly so long as you’re being reasonable.

ITennis in South Pasadena is just waste of time. The coaches here are just terrible. They let the kids pretty much spend majority of class playing game that are not tennis related. And especially for beginners, the coach will rarely give them any chance to try to hit the ball. The coaches are extremely slow in feeding the balls and rarely teaches the forms for kids. There are coaches who are late to the lesson, and the reason is them chatting with other coaches in another court, and didn’t seem to care to show up class 10-15 mins late. Stay away from iTennis south Pasadena !!

Joined this club for pickleball court access a few years ago. Was extremely rewarding but in the past year has become increasingly impossible to book a court. There are 2 pickleball courts and with 112 pickleball members as stated by management. Despite a request to add courts, they continue to add members and limit play to weekend evenings. Do not join this club as you will be wasting money for access to courts that don’t exist.
