Great park to go to. So much to do and great for kids and animals. Multiple play structures. Basketball courts. Tennis and pickelball courts. Dog park. Open space to ride bikes. Definitely bring the kids back when we visit again.
Jocelyn Dowdy: ★★★★★
Great playground. The dog park is large but the sand is awful. This is a popular park for disk golf and pickle ball.

Brittany Chapman-Holman: ★★★★★
Beautiful park with a view of the mountains, lots of evergreen trees. Plenty of parking, and sizable dog park — fenced in, lots of benches, some shade offered for doggos. Tennis, basketball, & pickleball courts, a small but nice disc golf course! I think there is a ropes course of sorts here, a playground, and grass. My favorite park in BB. Dog-friendliness: Pretty large dog park! Fenced in, lots of benches, some shade offered.
Jeff Dietrich: ★★★★
I come here to walk almost every day. There is an established 1/2 mile walking path. It says it is an ADA approved path but there are several large cracks in the pathway. There is also a nice swimming pool onsite, well-maintained, but I'm not sure when it is open. There is a water faucet in the dog area.
Aara Church: ★★★★★
I personally love this place, and just go here to hang out at the park with my friends. The place is always clean, and we are there a lot! The equipment is high-quality and there is even a dog park. Very nice people are regulars there, and all in all we have had a very nice and safe experience there.

This camp has been my life during the summer for the past 7 years. I don't know what I would do without it. Everyone there is so nice. I am a really picky eater and the chefs have always been really accommodating. I am a tennis player and the captain of my school's tennis team, which just won the city championship and camp has improved my tennis game so much. Three of the ten varsity players have gone to this camp and all of them say that it was the best help they have ever had. The counselors are all very friendly and supportive. The thing I like about the camp is that you have choices. If you want one day to be 24 hours of tennis you can but if you want to rest and only play a few hours of your sport and then do arts&crafts or go in the pool that is totally ok. I would recommend this camp to anyone who is looking for something to do over the summer for any age and sport.
Remi Reilly: ★★★★★
I went to this camp for years when I was a kid/pre teen and looked forward to it every single Summer. Always had the best experiences and the most fun! So glad to see that it's still up and running! The bad reviews are bs

Both of my children have been going to Big Bear Sports Ranch since they were old enough to attend camp!! They are now 13 and 10 and still cant wait to go back!! The camp keeps them busy from the moment they wake up until its time for bed! I always see a big improvement on my sons tennis game when he returns!! One of their favorite activities is the Alpine Slide which the camp reserves one night of the week just for them. They always come back with new friends and stories to tell ( and sleep well the following week!! lol)!
J Circo: ★★★★
Playing disc golf in winter is fun! Decent beginner course, mostly playing around fences.
a ackerson: ★★★★★
New find!! Great place for kids and pets to play with a beautiful restore community center.
Rick Pugh: ★★★★★
Great hidden gem in the area! Don't tell anyone!
Michael Castillo: ★★★★★
There was not much to this particular dog park. When my boy, Augie and I visited we were the only visitors. We played ball for a while. The play area is not large, but it is sufficient for a little game of "fetch". The Dog bag dispensers were empty. I always bring my own. The are was clean though. No noticeable dog piles left behind. Thats good
Perry Strebel: ★★★★★
Plenty of room for your furry critters to run around at. Nice views. Water access for your dogs. Fortunately we were the only one's there so was able to walk around free, which my babies just luvd! Was rather amazed by the number of mole holes all around. Dog-friendliness: Nice dog park. Picnic area: Tables for picnics around the park
Cindy Owen: ★★★★★
Y'all I love this park to come play catch with my doggie. I need to come and play some tennis!
Angel Alexander: ★★★★★
Beautiful dog park with basketball courts, multiple tennis courts and an updated playground
Matt Cooper: ★★★★
It’s a decent dog park. It’s maintained fairly clean. Unfortunately due to location and design, it floods the moment it rains and remains a mud pit for the following week.
Rob Russell: ★★★★★
Such a perfect dog park! There's a great children's playground, basketball court, and tennis courts. I just love this place!

Zavi enjoyed playing with her basketball here. Nice water fountain with bowl to cool her off and a little bit of shade to keep me cool.

It's nice when the water is turned on so dogs can drink. The sand is disgusting. It smells, and it's messy.

I went to this camp when I was younger. Child abuse, def. stay away from this place! Here is the story. We were playing some sort of game, and a counselor accidentally sprayed me with water and got me totally drenched. I - being just a young kid - got mad at this instead of seeing it as an accident and insulted the counselor. It was wrong of me to insult the counselor, but I was so shocked at getting completely drenched it just came out - I was sorry about having done that. However what happened next was INEXCUSABLE. I later returned to my bunk, and moments later I was rushed by 4 male counselors (I was 10 at the time) who all grabbed me and picked me up - each holding me from 1 limb. They carried me down the stairs and nearly knocked my head on the railing. All the while I am resisting and telling them to stop and to let me down. During this they are mocking me, and telling me I'm going to be sent home for what I did. Quite a few kids at the camp saw this entire thing transpire. They bring me to the pool, and are swinging me back and forth, and finally throw me in. I fell very close to the edge of the pool where there was concrete slab. They laugh and leave me in the pool. The camp director shows total disregard for the situation and didn't even care. All the kids saw and laughed. I was completely embarrassed and felt powerless. Keep your kids away from this place!
Dan B: ★
Just terrible. My daughter is barely learning how to swim, but she started using floaties and she was gaining confidence and having lots of fun. The lifeguard had us remove her floaties because they were not allowed. We were also not allowed to use the deeper end of the pool even though my daughter was in my arms and in no danger. While he was busy harassing us at every move, the lifeguard decided to ignore his own regulations regarding 'no diving' since people were diving non-stop. If you like a pool where rules are applied unevenly, and lifeguards bug you for every little thing, this is the place for you
Brian Atlas: ★
I was physically abused by 2 camp counselors during my time at Big Bear Sports Ranch. Terrible place. Stay away.
Penny Truttmann: ★★
For big dogs it's great because it has a tree with shade and chairs. For the little dog area, one bench, no shade, no water could be found for dogs. For hot days with small dogs, suggest going elsewhere.
