2 tennis courts, 2 layover pickleball courts in Slide Hill Park in Davic, California. These two courts do not have lights. Pickleball lines overlayed on tennis court. Tie down strap necessary. Shade from trees. Court use is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Private instruction is prohibited on tennis/pickleball courts owned and operated by the City of Davis. Caution: occasional fallen trees and branches in the park. A branch fell of a tree in the park and killed a woman sitting at a picnic table in 2021 in Slide Hill Park. Cement slide can be dangerous for small children, adult supervision is advised. Only street parking is available. We love this neighborhood park. The tall mature trees are peaceful, the dog run usually has other dogs and people to visit with, the playground offers fun for a wide range of ages, and the sandbox is just the best around. There's a bathroom, drinking fountains, basketball, tennis courts and a baseball diamond. We haven't hit the cement slide because our child is too young, but it looks awesome! Many friendly neighbors frequent this park.
