Very pretty area. When I'm back hear I feel like I'm apart of the Diary of A Wimpy Kid movie Dog Days set. Bc it takes place at a country club. Heather is so very kind and patient with me and my loud friends when we head over to the "CLUB".

Was at the Tennis club for work today and for lunch decided to buy some food, was absolutely delicious (sorry forgot to take photo was so hungry) and the club its self is beautiful, well kept and clean. Everyone was very nice and before this job I never knew this place existed, its nestled very well in the middle of a nicer neighbourhood and very glad I got to experience the food here and get to know some of the people here.

While I'm not a member, I have played many matches at this club over the years. And next to my tennis club (Harbor Point), this is probably one of my favorite places to play in Marin. It's just a charming, off-the-beaten-path setting. Yet it's still close enough to downtown Mill Valley. The weather's always sunny. It never gets too windy. The courts are all well-maintained. The members are very Marin (but without the snooty attitude that you find at other clubs). They have a very cozy/casual clubhouse, complete with a full bar, kitchen, TV room, and ping pong table. It looks more like a camp clubhouse from the 70s. But that's kind of its charm. They have plenty of couches by the windows so you can watch matches on their two center courts while nursing a beer. Since it's a private club, they don't allow outside guests to purchase drinks (unless they're purchased by a member). I thought that was a bit strange. I even offered to pay cash, but they couldn't do it. However, for some reason, it was ok for me to pay by credit card (you figure that one out). That being said, the lady working the bar was very sweet and poured a tasty margarita. All in all, Mill Valley Tennis Club is a lovely addition to Marin County's recreational community, and I look forward to playing there again soon.

We had a private party at this club the other night and it was perfect!! The food by chef Hector was fabulous and the drinks poured by Heather and Lana at the bar were delicous. I highly reccomend this club for any event.
