I met a young man from Mount Tam High on Saturday at a bike event in Petaluma. My daughters friend had placed her phone on the roof of my car as we were getting ready to take her home. The phone made it most of the way to Petaluma before it fell off the car. That's where this Mount Tam student came in. He found the phone and texted and call our numbers. He told us where he was and guarded the phone until we arrived. Kudos to him. Kudos to your school and to the community that that raised him. Thankyou

I love this school. It's like a college campus, but in a high school form. Friendly teachers, staff and students. I love the greenery and its lack of crime in the city. So what is Tamalpais High School known for other than being a distinguished school with excellent academics and rigorous sport accomplishments? Courtney Thorne-Smith of Melrose Place, Ally Mcbeal and According to Jim. More importantly, Tupac Shakur attended this school, but did not graduate as he aspired to become a rapper.
