4 tennis courts in good condition. Some shade from the trees. No lights. Homeowners association private pool with a spa. Very nice park, clubhouse and tennis courts. Well maintained park and a grass field.

Tennis Court Regulations

• Limit court time to one hour when others are waiting.
• Use only white bottom tennis / court shoes when on the court. Absolutely no black soled or street shoes of any kind are allowed on the courts.
• Use of the courts is limited to the residents of the association and their guests, when accompanied by the resident.
• No skateboarding or any other recreational sport, other than tennis, is allowed on the courts.
• Tennis courts may be used only between the hours of sunrise and sunset.
• No pets allowed.
