Wonderful locale for the recent wheelchair tennis tournament, 3 weeks ago, which my Grand-daughter came from Salem, OR to participate in. Plenty of clean, upkept courts to accommodate all the competitors. Good show! More wheelchair accessible restrooms would help for special events like this one. Easy to find location. Ease of parking and ease of facility access. This is especially important to wheelchair players. Organizers did well. The quality of the event's cold "hot Boxed Food" was rather poor. However, it was better than room temp. MREs. Too bad there wasn't a close-by meal source for a more appealing, better quality selection. Or even a good quality food truck. The large, uninvited "ice-cream" truck that just happened to come by was a big hit with us. Water!!!

Great club! Very inexpensive mos. membership. Ball machine makes it worth it. Joseph @ the front desk is very on his game with everything and simon the pro gives out free pointers too.

Arrived on a Monday 11/18/13 at 7pm to play a USTA flex league match and was told that we would only be charged for an hour-and-a-half court time. We didn't think anything of it until Greg came around to tell us at 7:20 that they would be closing at 7:30 - we were not finished with our match. Needless to say, we complied with his request. As we left, we asked what their normal operating times were. He said they close at 9pm ( their website hours show closing time is 9:30 ) but with no other players there, he was closing at 8:30. I questioned him why we couldn't stay till 9 and pay the difference to which he replied " Oh and I have a mid-term tomorrow" I asked for his name and left, thinking I would call the operator of the facility and inquire as to who makes policy for the tennis center. I called the next day and left a message for George - the manager. I have yet to receive a call. I find this lack of customer care embarrassing to any organization. With Fullerton Tennis Center just down the road and with operating hours till 10pm, I would suggest making the call and reserving a court at FTC before giving this facility your money.
