Call center to confirm times (858) 573-1393. A nice rec and park in Tierrasanta. Great place to have a picnic. Reservations are recommended for larger groups. The play area for children is in good condition with sand and wood chipped areas. It has indoor and outdoor basketball courts, softball, soccer and baseball fields, fully fenced in tennis courts and a rec swimming pool. Outdoor pool has lessons and exercise sessions. Great open gym basketball on Sunday 12PM to 3 PM. Decent amount of parking. There isn't a leash free area for dogs.

Best place in Tierrasanta to have a picnic. I would recommend reservations for a large group. They also have baseball, softball and soccer fields. They also have indoor and outdoor basketball courts, along with a pool. There isn't a leash free area for dogs.

A lovely pool with great staff. I would give it a higher rating, however due to local government insufficient budget and inability to provide consistent staffing, the pool faces periodic closures. If it isn't open for business, it isn't providing a service. Please note that the life guards do double duty as cleaners, so please tidy up after yourself. Also please check if they are infact open prior to your visit. It is a nice facility.
