This swim and dive Venue is amazing. The nicest I’ve ever been to. The facilities are so nice and the equipment is all new and top of the line. My son dives here and is leaning a lot. The tennis pavilion looks amazing too. I don’t play tennis but this place makes me wish I did. You should check this out and plan to visit and possibly join up.

Open to public, although it's going to cost you $8 + $4 for each player. They do have memberships available for Mission Viejo residents.

Very nice courts, played there for over 3 years and played in tournaments hosted there. Restrooms are very clean, and organization is very good when reserving a court. Staff members are very nice and enjoy talking to them. Overall, very good experience since I've been there!

I was quoted $8 per player per hour. Bit pricey for my family of 4 to come and play for what is typically a free activity. They seem to want to sell memberships ($900/yr for a family plus registration fees). If you purchase a membership you’ll need to make reservations 2 days in advance to get a court during popular times (weekday evenings), as well as on weekends due to competitions. The facility has a nice open air space to sit, chilled water, and bathrooms. The courts are a bit aged. With all the free public courts available in the surrounding cities, some even nicer (just don’t have the lounge area), it was hard for us to justify the cost. Yet if you want the feel of being a member of a club, then maybe this makes sense. Not sure what happened in the City of Mission Viejo not having any public courts for us more casual players. I guess they are concerned about competition with selling memberships. I just think to better serve the interests of all its citizens, Mission Viejo needs to work on this model.

Disclaimer: This is a review for the customer service and not the recreation center. Useless receptionist at the front desk. We’re visiting from out of town for a junior tennis tournament and looking for a place to warm up. There were no courts available so we asked if there were any other tennis courts in the area to try. She said there weren’t, totally unbelievable. There are THREE tennis centers within about a 5 mile radius from Marguerite: Felipe Tennis & Recreation (no courts were available but the very helpful front desk staff called the Sierra tennis club across the street to check if they had any courts (there wasn’t) so they recommended Saddleback college). It’s crazy the range of customer service, you either care about helping people out or just don’t give a flying fudge. Terrible front desk service at Marguerite. If you’re looking for tennis courts: Filipe, Sierra or Saddleback college.
