It's a really nice park, thers a tennis court, and a basketball court, plenty of grass and shade for everyone to enjoy themselves, there was a broken slide, that was cautioned taped off, hope they fix it soon
Ozie Martin: ★★★★
Nice public city park with many conveniences and amenities. Lovely, clean swimming pool, two spacious tennis courts, basketball courts. Areas for volleyball and picnics. Many mature and tall 🌲 trees. This park is roomy and rather pleasant for for the most part. Quite impressive really.
Rachel Schneider: ★★★★

Pickleball Courts and Tennis Courts - I am happy that Arlington Park now has two tennis courts with lights and four Pickleball courts in one of the two tennis courts. I am sad that the courts are very old and uneven because of the cracks. They need to be resurfaced and the two tennis courts should be separated. I hope that the city will enlarge the fencing around the two courts so that more spaces for the courts. It will be a perfect park after these measures are taken. I heard and read about the development or conversion plan of this tennis courts to nine permanent pickleball courts. I was expecting it to be completed in 2024 but it has not been started yet. I really wish it to be completed in 2025.

Does anyone know when people go to play pickleball? I went once last month during the weekday and the lights weren't on and no one was on the courts. I thought the lights would be on until 10PM and people would be playing until then. I would like to go during the weekday and play from 7PM to 10PM.
Paul Fadul: ★★★
Convenient location and overall the park was nice. But the tennis court surfaces are deeply cracked and have weeds growing in them. Also I think I ended up staring directly at the sun for most of the hour trying to play a game.

Friendly families... tennis courts are well maintained as well as the basketball courts. Love the gigantic trees and the amount of shade they provide

The tennis courts could use a little TLC. The location of these courts is perfect for the surrounding neighborhoods.
Grace Cheng: ★★★
Tennis courts severely damaged, needs to be redone. the rest of the park is ok.

Come at your own risk. I was here around 8pm or so near the swings just passing through on my way home, when a man came and sat behind me on the bench . (If yk yk the bench if right behind the swings and there’s a gate behind the bench) I walked away but the guy literally walked up on me and chased me. I had to call the cops. Then I saw him going after another girl when I got away. I would not come or bring kids here especially after sun down. It was crazy! I even saw another review here saying a guy tried to lock himself in the tennis cages with two girls that came to play. luckily there was another exit so they escaped but still. Idk if it was a different guy or the same one that chased me but either way this place is no place for children or women.

Came here a few times for the tennis courts, but will not be back. There have always been homeless around this area minding their own business. Last night, though, a homeless man sitting behind Sonic saw us park, and then followed us onto the court when we went in. Luckily there was another door from the court to the playground, so when we noticed we were being followed we walked across the courts and out the back door to the playground where there were families. The man closed and locked the gate behind him when he entered the tennis court. He watched us for a minute from the court, and then left the courts to go back to his spot. We promptly left and did not stick around due to feeling unsafe. A review on other times when we played there: The courts are unfortunately very cracked (overdue to be redone) and one net was sagging enough to be considered down. The cracks that run vertically straight down the middle of the court are prominent enough to cause balls to bounce in a random direction if they land on it. I did like that there are lights after sunset. There is also a small tennis wall on the fence to hit on.

Came here to play Pickleball with my daughter and there's no pickleball court...Googles suggested us this place to play pickleball but is not accurate. There are some construction next to the basketball court... hopefully they make one here!
