6 dedicated indoor pickleball courts in West Coast Pickleball Club in Yorba Linda, California. Club offers tournaments, group lessons, open play, youth programs and special events. West Coast is an indoor court mainly focused on open play with paddle stacking. They are well organized and split their open play by level so players get even matches for a better experience. Even if you are a member, you would still have to pay to rent a court if you want a private court. Guests pay the normal entrance fee for open play, no restrictions except for the sign up person limit. You can also redeem $40 worth of credit just by following them on FB, Instagram, etc. They are in a plaza with Costco. It’s close to Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, and some nearby restaurants to grab lunch or dinner. Lots of parking. They open at 6 am and close at 12 am.

I like that it’s indoors so that we can stay warm during the winter. The people here are pretty good. So if you are going to play with strangers you may want to practice a little more. There is also a court where you can just challenge others and stay on the court if you win. The rules here are four on and four off.

I learned about this place opening up a while back but after seeing the higher level membership prices I doubted it would be a place I ever set foot on to. Until a few days ago when the courts I usually go to were deserted by everyone at 11 am and I still had a lot of energy left. My friend told me to give this place a try. I drove over and signed up for the $10 membership which as luck had it they had a free session from 12-3 pm that day and a couple of open spots. Otherwise I believe it's $10 to play for members most times of the day but you get a discount for early bird and some slots have special programming like live ball where you do drills with a coach and it's more expensive. There are 6 courts available and each is fenced in so the chances the ball can roll onto neighboring courts is much slimmer. There is enough clearance behind the serve line where you're not afraid of running into stuff behind you but the clearance on the sides of the court is pretty slim and reduces the chance of being able to hit ATP. I do not order indoor courts but these courts feel like the real courts pause under your feet and the lighting was not so bad once your eyes get used to them. There are 10 slots for paddles on each court and I believe they limit the number of people coming in based on those slots. You have to download the app and sign up for time slots to be able to attend. The more expensive memberships get priority sign up as well as I believe some extra free perks. There was a good amount of seating around and even a massage chair and massage gun available. I saw a few kids hanging out on the chairs while their care takers got to play Pickleball. This is a pretty awesome perk for parents indeed. I'm not sure if this was due to the free slot they had going on that day but there were a good number of people to play with at the 12-3 slot which was amazing. There's absolutely no one playing at any of the courts around during those times (aka nap time for the kids aka a time that would work for families with young kids). I look forward to coming here more often as these courts offer a few things others don't: constant flow of players even during "off hours" and the ability to check out the roster online before you head over to make sure there are people to play with. For someone like me with very limited time this is a huge plus.

Conveniently neighbors with Dicks Sporting Goods, the double door entry leads you to a clean & spacious 6 court facility. Courts are fenced off, numbered and separated by skill level. They do have a Challenge court, winners stay on max 3 game win streak. Ceiling height is fair, spacing for fence lines aren't tight but give just enough space. There are benches & trash cans throughout the facility. Handicap accessible, One entrance but multiple exit routes available and labeled in case of emergency. Open parking lot. $15 drop in fee but please check website for membership pricing. Westcoast pickleball phone app has everything you need to know and is easy to navigate, book play time, see whose on the roster and number of spots left for time slots. They do cap at a certain amount of people to ensure playing time and experience for players is fair. So far, my first time experience was really fun and enjoyable. The level of play was competitive & fun. They close at 10pm every day but that is subject to change so check daily info. Employees provided great service and were very informative and friendly. Clean bathrooms and vending machine on property! HAVE FUN PICKLING!

Each court is fenced to prevent stray balls from entering other courts. I liked that they had chairs & tables outside the courts. It doesn't take long for you to work up a sweat. I'd be curious to see how cool the facility will get once summer starts. Huge plus: They're open late, they offer open play and membership packages. The Staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and great to chat with, especially one of the Owners Chris. Chris was super nice and informed me of the coming events at West Coast Pickleball. You can rent some of the pickleball paddles, which was a nice touch, especially when you want to upgrade and do not know which one to get. The players are all super nice, funny and overall have great vibes. The facility is neat and clean, but could use more seating as people tend to leave their stuff all over the couches.I love the Pickleball Court setup: You have 1 Challenger's Court, 1-2 paid rentals, and 4 open-play courts at specific times. Indoor Courts are great! However the best thing here is their customer service. Coming into this facility you get to see so many different courts and a great lounge area. I was able to secure a court through the help of Peggy. She is great at what she does. Last time I lost my sweatshirt back in May, I called to let her know that I left it there and she went out of her way to go check. After she checked she informed me that she found it and made sure that I got it back. Luckily my friend was at the facility and was able to grab it for me and she made sure it was a secure delivery for me. Definitely will keep coming back.

I learned about this place opening up a while back but after seeing the higher level membership prices I doubted it would be a place I ever set foot on to. Until a few days ago when the courts I usually go to were deserted by everyone at 11 am and I still had a lot of energy left. My friend told me to give this place a try. I drove over and signed up for the $10 membership which as luck had it they had a free session from 12-3 pm that day and a couple of open spots. Otherwise I believe it's $10 to play for members most times of the day but you get a discount for early bird and some slots have special programming like live ball where you do drills with a coach and it's more expensive. There are 6 courts available and each is fenced in so the chances the ball can roll onto neighboring courts is much slimmer. There is enough clearance behind the serve line where you're not afraid of running into stuff behind you but the clearance on the sides of the court is pretty slim and reduces the chance of being able to hit ATP.I do not order indoor courts but these courts feel like the real courts pause under your feet and the lighting was not so bad once your eyes get used to them.There are 10 slots for paddles on each court and I believe they limit the number of people coming in based on those slots. You have to download the app and sign up for time slots to be able to attend. The more expensive memberships get priority sign up as well as I believe some extra free perks. There was a good amount of seating around and even a massage chair and massage gun available. I saw a few kids hanging out on the chairs while their care takers got to play Pickleball. This is a pretty awesome perk for parents indeed. I'm not sure if this was due to the free slot they had going on that day but there were a good number of people to play with at the 12-3 slot which was amazing. There's absolutely no one playing at any of the courts around during those times (aka nap time for the kids aka a time that would work for families with young kids). I look forward to coming here more often as these courts offer a few things others don't: constant flow of players even during "off hours" and the ability to check out the roster online before you head over to make sure there are people to play with. For someone like me with very limited time this is a huge plus.

The first time I went I rented a court for an hour and it was great! The second time we did open play and there was too many people for three courts. We stayed for 1 hr 40 min and only got 3 games in. Definitely not worth my time for open play...

Came in on a Sunday night and really wanted to love this place but sadly it wasn't what I expected. It was open play at that time which meant that you would put your paddle down on any court to switch in next game. There was a group that was playing, and they did not reserve the court, they were there for open play as well. When their game was over they refused to switch out, and the other guy waiting with me had argued with them and said they had to switch. They were very disrespectful to him and when he went to complain to the front office person, he didn't do anything. I've played at many locations and most people are friendly and respectful. This was not the case here. Also the place needs better ventilation or fans installed. When it starts getting hotter, it is not going to be good to play here.

We had a reservation for Court 5 and when our reservation ended, it should’ve been opened for open play. The manager Giovanni closed the court then only opened it for single play. Several people had been waiting for a while and asked if Court 5 could be opened up for doubles play. Giovanni said no because it’s his decision & that there is plenty of space. They appealed again and all he said was sorry about that in a sarcastic way. I don’t know if he was losing his pickleball games tonight or was just on a power trip…but regardless of what he is going through, that is just downright mean & messed up to those who paid $20 for open play. It doesn’t make sense to only open a court for singles when there are so many people waiting to play doubles. The disrespect I witnessed is unacceptable. I will not be coming back to play here again until management changes. Please see video & pictures for proof. Update: he opened Court 5 for doubles at 11:40pm but did it in a weird way saying nvm then opened it again for doubles. People were confused about what happened but it’s nice that more people can play now…

Was here 1/1/2026 and we signed up for the two hour session. Our time just finished and the manager would not let us finish our game even though there was no one next on top of that people with open play wanted to use the court and Giovanni the manager wouldn’t let them he simply just kept saying just because I said so, even though there was a huge line for open play.

This is my second time here and it was a terrible experience with management. The manager, Giovanni, was unreasonable, and was on a power trip. When the court that we reserved was supposed to be open play, rather than letting people who have been waiting for 30-40 minutes playing the court, he decided to close the court down initially, then open it up for singles only. When people who have been waiting went up to him and asked to be allowed to play doubles, he denied them, with the reasoning that it was his choice and that they can continue to wait. We saw about 12-15 ppl waiting for open play and talked to them, and we were told that some of them only played one time in a one hour period. Someone who plays here regularly said that he is normally chill, but he seems to be having a bad day because he had been losing in his games playing pickle ball. Honestly, it doesn’t matter why he is having a bad day. It is not OK for him to take out his anger on paying customers who have been waiting to play. It is not OK for him to exercise his power as manager to make arbitrary decisions because of the mood he is in. Pickleball supposed to be a chill community and environment, and his punitive and power-hungry behavior is not the vibe that I feel comfortable with. I had considered getting a membership here for my dad, but because of Giovanni’s unprofessional behavior, I don’t see myself coming back here nor getting my dad a membership and will probably wait for the other indoor pickleball facility to open instead.

I visited this location on January 1, 2026, and reserved a two-hour session. Near the end of our scheduled time, we were asked to stop playing before our game had concluded, despite there not being another group scheduled to use the court immediately afterward. At the same time, there was a noticeable line of individuals waiting for open play. Those guests were also not permitted to use the court. When clarification was requested, the manager on duty, Giovanni, stated that it was his decision, without providing additional explanation. I am sharing this feedback to note the experience and to encourage clearer communication around court usage policies and scheduling decisions. Providing brief context or reasoning in these situations could help set expectations and improve the overall customer experience.

The club requires members to pay the annual membership (and we all know it's not cheap), plus we still must pay an additional fee every time we play. If it's a paid sport club membership, the club must be opened as scheduled, whether there are members in the facility or not. This club opens whenever it's convenient for them, not for the members. If they don't see a lot of members signing up for an open court slot, they cancel that time slot and close the club until later time. An example, working people prefer the 6AM - 8AM time slots, so they can exercise before going to work. West Coast Pickleball cancels the 6AM time slot and close the club until 12PM (to cut their staff's salary). This is not right! It is unethical & very shady business practice, misleading and cheating their customers... West Coast Pickleball is a fraud! 4/24/25 (response to owner's comment) We signed up for the ANNUAL membership only about 2 months ago, and one of the MAIN reason because of the 6AM to 8AM time slots - because we are working people and wanted to play before working hours. At that time, only 2 months ago, EVERYDAY had 6AM to 8AM slots.... slowly, Westcoast cut those slots to ONLY Thursday & Friday (weekdays) now - This is a 60% cut! And Westcoast calls this acceptable??? All the other times, when we showed up & found out that the club is not opened until 8AM, AND Westcoast also called it for "MAINTENANCE"... How convenient.... for Westcoast??? CUSTOMERS PAID THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FOR THAT ADVERTISED/PUBLISHED SCHEDULES WHEN WE SIGNED UP AT THAT TIME, NOT THE 60% REDUCED IN SCHEDULES NOW!!! This is 100% "Bait & Switch" tactics, and it is ILLEGAL, UNETHICAL & A FRAUD!!!!

Ben and 2 other people who claimed to have worked there caused an issue today. One of the guys who claimed to have worked there said, “you get treated like that because of *points at my beard.*” I am astonished we live in this kind of society in Orange County. I’m not sure who was the manager or the one in charge but it was handled poorly. I think all staff are to be trained again. I was asking about rules to the game and I was told, this is an intermediate game level and you aren’t welcome here. I ridiculed and asked why I’m not allowed to be here despite paying to get in. Coming from someone in a customer service based position, a correct approach would be to identify the situation cause and problem and try to resolve that. Trying to one up the other is not going to help and threats to call the police. Correct approach would be to actually explain and help ease the situation not make it more complicated and contradicting due to personal self esteem issues.

Horrible experience today. They rented out two courts, one challenge court, cram 36 ppl to cycle 3 courts. Played maybe 3 games the whole session with more than 30mins wait, 8 paddles in the racks. Last hour, one of the rental court free up and the worker (Giovanni) in the front deck decide to make it a singles court...when I asked him politely how come he is doing that when a lot of us been waiting all night to play...his answer was "BECAUSE I SAY SO!". Wow, can't believe it. Just bad business. He finally walked around later and decided the last 20mins to make that court doubles instead of singles. A little too late there....it would be really hard for me to ever come back...just not worth the wait when they over book like that and the rude power trip response..not good at all

It was overall a great area and coming from tennis background me and my friends thought we were an intermediate level. Players are super friendly, Jay was super nice and a good sport. I think Ben was just having a bad day since I asked him about the score and he kicked us out saying we don't belong there. In the beginning he was nice and a welcoming. Overall a good community to make friends, but definitely recommend going a level below if you're coming from tennis

Odd experience tonight. Group of about 4 people were playing pickle ball and they seemed to be first timers or newer players. The management kicked them out of the game and I felt uncomfortable as it was clear they wanted to play and weren't looking for trouble. I went and spoke with them and got their side of the story. It was odd how it was handled. I felt my experience tonight was ruined.
